Receipt Bank is our go to app for processing paperwork, and it significantly streamlines the workflow involved in getting everything onto the system, and then putting it in the correct place. We use it in our businesses, as well as for our personal transactions (like going to Bunnings, electrical stores, etc), and recommend it to all our clients. Once you have moved from keeping track of paper receipts, to having everything neat, in order, and in the correct spot, you'll wonder why you ever put up with doing it the old fashioned way for so long. It makes following up queries much easier. All you need to do is get in the habit of getting everything into the app in the first place 🙂
