In March 2017, William decided to join Off The Hook to help on the website side of things. The depth of knowledge required to get a website to be beautiful, functional, attracting new customers and providing good value to our clients is broad and deep, and teaming up with Amy, William has helped Off The Hook offer WordPress sites that look great and run well. With a lot of customisation on offer via WordPress, all the potential technology clashes need to be tested and ironed out, and this is something William does.
We want our websites to help our clients, something William is determined to achieve.
“I enjoy working in administration because I enjoy helping business owners with any office task that they need assistance with, no matter how great or small.”

Emily has been volunteering in administration two days a week with Travellers Aid Australia, a not-for-profit organisation in the Melbourne CBD, since November 2012. She does data entry, mail outs, filing and any other duties that they require of her.
Tax Practitioners Board of Australia (TPB)
As of March 1st 2010 the ATO regulated the bookkeeping industry. All bookkeepers providing a BAS Service must register as a BAS Agent, and follow the Code of Conduct.
What this means for you?
Before the regulation came in, anyone could call do a MYOB course and call themselves a bookkeeper. Too many business owners have fallen for the lie that “anyone can do bookkeeping”. If a bookkeeper left them in a big mess, there was nothing they could do but find someone to fix it. The financial and emotional cost of using an un-registered bookkeeper can be huge! With us, we guarantee you will receive a level of service and quality of work promised by the Code of Conduct.
Australian Bookkeepers Network (ABN)
ABN provide unique support to help bookkeepers stay ahead in their industry. ABN provide your bookkeeper with guidance, practical tools, resources and a network of experts. This helps them make the informed, strategic business decisions they need to make to run a successful bookkeeping practice.
What this means for you?
Off The Hook Bookkeeping receives regular training and up-to-date information, that has been developed by experts in the industry. You can rest easy knowing the laws are applied correctly and that you are not putting your business at risk you would be under with an un-registered bookkeeper.
